          Lettuce

          Plus you have different options of lettuces to choose from.

          You can buy chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or drumsticks, depending on your preference. A good rule of thumb is that the darker the meat, the more flavorful it will be.

          There are different kinds of oats with different prices at different stores, simply decide which option works for you and add that to your monthly grocery list.

          Get creative with oats, one favorite way I love using oats is baking them as cookies, my kids sure love them.

          Bell pepper is my favorite vegetable, not only are they cheap, but they’re also very versatile and a great source of vitamin c, red pepper, green peppers, etc

          Bell peppers come in many different colors and can add that color and taste to your meals very quickly.

          This is a great item to have on hand, it is very affordable
